According to the manufacturer, the Viana products have been tested unrefrigerated at room temperature (up to 73F) for two months with no adverse effect on quality, so the product does not need to arrive completely cold. However, Pangea can guarantee freshness only if the product is shipped with a cold pack and insulated container (see bottom of this page) and is in transit for three days or less. As a result we strongly suggest the following:

*If you live in more than 3 days away from us by UPS Ground (i.e., the Western half of the country), choose 3-Day Select or Second-Day Air as your shipping method. This applies to customers in AZ, CA, western CO, ID, western KS, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, western TX, WA, WY. Click HERE to see if you live within three days by ground shipping.
*UPS doesn`t deliver on weekends. Viana product orders with a cold pack/carton won`t be shipped on days where the weekend will make the transit time longer than three days. For instance, orders to California via Three-Day Select can only be shipped out on a Monday or Tuesday, so we will hold the package as needed.
