Lagusta`s Gourmet Vegan Truffles are not "vegan versions" of "real" truffles -- they ARE real truffles. Made in small batches by hand using pure organic and fair trade chocolate with a deep, complex flavor profile. Three chocolates of different cocoa percentages are mixed to get the perfect blend of smooth, bitter, and sweet - perfect for gourmet truffles! They have slightly hard exterior and a meltingly creamy interior, and are spiked with clean flavor and rolled in decadent toppings.

Pomegranate with rose petal garnish (a little tartness compliments the chocolate nicely - this one is a flavor bomb!)
