For designated products the order MUST include a cold pack/insulated container ("FREEZY"), as well as suitable shipping, for Pangea to guarantee the product's condition upon arrival.

Please remember to choose 2nd Day Air as your shipping option unless the ship-to address is in one of the following states for which UPS Standard Ground Delivery from Pangea is 1-2 days: CT, DE, Chicago only in Illinois, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV, and Northern GA.

We ask that you add a FREEZY to your cart if you order this item (only one FREEZY is needed per order).

If you do not add the FREEZY to the cart yourself, we will add this item and its $5.95 charge to your order *after* we have packed your order. This charge will not be visible in your email receipt unless you added the FREEZY to the cart yourself!

If you have not chosen a shipping method that will take 2 days or less in transit, your order will be held as we email you to get confirmation about the costs. Please be sure to check your spam folder in case our email ends up there.

We regret that we cannot ship this item to addresses outside of the continental United States.

Cold pack orders will not be shipped out on Mondays or Tuesdays, so as to avoid packages sitting in a UPS warehouse over a weekend.
