Qbel starts with a thin batter and forms it into a roll while it`s still soft. They add just the right amount of all natural filling, and cover the whole thing in semi-sweet dark Belgian chocolate. Getting the right balance of wafer, filling, and chocolate is an obsession for them. We think they got it right!
