Absolutely fabulous!

I was never a fan of dairy feta cheese, so there was no missing it when I became vegan 20+ years ago. Decided to try soy feta, & wow! What a unique experience. I use it in green salads & pasta salads at potlucks with non-vegans, & they love it! In fact, they say it's better than dairy feta! It really adds a punch to your dishes. Enjoy!

Tastes just like real Feta. I haven't had it for years, but I remember it well. This is so good, we enjoy just slicing it up and putting in on crackers. The texture and taste are perfect. Buy two because it won't last long!!
