When I went vegetarian in 1993, I said a reluctant goodbye to smoked salmon. Little did I imagine that a tasty, lox like vegan substitute would eventually take its place. Return to your past enhanced by this wonderful new product.

I haven't had lox since elementary school, over twenty years ago. When I saw this, I was super excited!! The texture was great, but I realized while eating it, I don't think I actually like lox! I don't tend to like "fishy" things like sea weed, so why should this be different? My husband, who loves all things fishy, finished up the whole pack. I'd absolutely recommend trying it!!
