American Flatbread Vegan Harvest Pizza
American Flatbread-brand frozen pizza has been the most critically acclaimed for over 18 years. Now, with their new Vegan Harvest pizza, everyone can enjoy the handmade, artisian taste without the cheese! A simple recipe, there is much detail that goes into the foundation of each American Flatbread before it gets topped with premium ingredients. The flour used is 100% organically-grown wheat, specially milled into an unbleached white flour with germ and bran restored. Then good New Hampshire water, yeast, and Kosher salt is added. The dough is gently hand-stretched, which is why youll always see a nicely formed (and always uniquely shaped!) crust on American Flatbread's pizzas. It bakes up with a delicate crispiness surrounding chewy, flavorful bread. The pizza is then topped with organic tomato sauce, herbs, and Mozzarella Daiya Vegan Cheese. Here's to the harvest! Each pizza is 10.2 oz. Directions: Remove flatbread from plastic bag and thaw (15-30 minutes). Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place thawed flatbread directly on oven rack or pre-heated pizza stone. Bake 5-8 minutes. Remove from oven, slice, serve, and enjoy! Ingredients:
