Tofurky Savory Gravy
This rich brown gravy is the perfect topping for the sliced Tofurky Roast. Made with unbleached flour, expeller pressed canola oil, natural flavors, herbs and spices, this gravy is then packed with diced, Tofurky Roast cubes or "Giblets." This gravy makes an excellent topping for potatoes, rice or other side dishes any time of the year. It can be heated in a saucepan or heated in the microwave--there is nothing more to add! 14 oz. Directions:
Stove Top: Thaw gravy in the refrigerator 24 hours prior to use. Transfer to pot and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally. For thinner gravy, add 1 tablespoon water and stir. Continue adding a tablespoon at a time until desired thickness is achieved. Serve hot. Microwave: Remove lid and puncture film. Heat 2 minutes on HIGH, stir, and heat in one minute intervals until done. Serve hot. Ingredients: Water, whole wheat flour, expeller pressed non-genetically engineered canola oil, shoyu soy sauce [water, wheat, salt, culture], natural vegetarian flavors, onion, carrot, celery, sugar, non-genetically engineered corn starch, salt, sunflower oil, spices.
