I totally disliked it. It is creamy but its texture is nothing like egg yolk.
One Bad Veg
June 17, 2012 | Sandra Boss

I gave it a "1" star rating but I would have given it a zero if I could have. It was terrible. Egg yolks are disgusting but this product was even more so. It did not fry up like an egg yolk. It looked and tasted yolky in a bad way. It was like a gluey plastic and difficult to wash off utensils.

The one thing I miss being vegan is eggs and dipping my toast in egg yolk. This product tastes very similar and I just love it! The only thing I wish is that they give more recipes on other ways to use it.
Scarily good !

I tried it with toast dipped in at the AR 2012 conference . Pretty much everyone said it was scary how much it tastes like the real thing . If you are someone like me who loved runny eggs more then anything before going vegan then this is for you . I hear that if you mix it too much , use a blender etc . it doesn't come out right , which may be the issue with some of the reviews .
I Really Love it

I'm actually surprised at the negative reviews, I guess each to his own. I use this in tofu scramble with tomato, onion and garlic, stuffed potatoes with dill, tofu coconut custard and whatever else I can think of to add. Now it does not cook up hard so its application is limited in that sense but for a vegan product this is as close to egg yolk as you are going to get.
I can't get past...

The smell! It has the stink of "eggs" that really affects me. I used it in a tofu scramble. But I didn't like that it smelled like stinky egg yolk and tasted weird. I want to use it another way but idk what because it stinks.
