I am new to Vegan living. Just started last month. I don't like meat or seafood as a rule, but I have always loved crab cakes and I've been craving them for weeks. These really hit the spot! I seasoned them with a McCormick's Firey 5 pepper blend and sauteed them in a bit of olive oil. My husband even complimented them and he's really struggling with going meatless.
