Sophie's Kitchen Breaded Vegan Shrimp
Sophie's Kitchen Vegan Prawns are perfect as a substitute for real prawns! Also great cut into bite-size pieces and tossed with salad or dipped in cocktail sauce. Konjac powder, the key ingredient, is derived from the root of a plant native to Japan, China, Korea, and Indonesia and is widely used in Japanese Cuisine. It is also known as Konnyaku or Elephant Yam. Konjac powder is often used as a vegan substitute for gelatin in East Asia. It has almost no calories and is very high in fiber. Sophie's Kitchen Vegan Prawns are fully-cooked--simply reheat and serve! No GMOs. 8.8 oz. Preparation: (Thaw the product in refrigerator enough to separate.)
