Ovega-3 DHA & EPA
Ovega-3 is a vegetarian omega-3 supplement containing high levels of both DHA and EPA omega-3 fatty acids, to support heart health. DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is a long-chain polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid. DHA accounts for about 97 percent of the omega-3 fats in the brain and 93 percent of the omega-3 fats in the retina.
