Preparation: Thaw but keep cold. Form into meat balls, if desired, or brown as bulk sausage in a non-stick skillet and proceed with your recipe. If you don't need a full pound, Match Meats can be refrozen.

This stuff is terrific in lasagna or our favorite way is to saute onions and peppers and then pan fry some of this sausage and add to sub rolls with mustard and veganaise - it's my meat-eating husband's favorite sandwich I make and my vegetarian daughter and me (vegan) LOVE this stuff.
So freakin' delicious...

One of my favorite things to do is cook vegan food for non-vegans. They are always so amazed at how flavorful and enjoyable vegan food can be and how it's not bland and boring like the stereotype goes. This italian sausage has fooled many people. I've used it in lasagna, spaghetti, pizza and even sandwiches.
