Eco-Planet starts with a dedicated Gluten-Free Facility and triple tests each and every batch of cereal. The triple testing begins with pre-testing ingredients prior to bringing them into our blending facility. Once these have passed the pre-test, then they arrive in the facility and are quarantined. In quarantine, they are testing again to insure that they are indeed gluten free. Once the first 2 tests have been completed, the factory begins to carefully blend their 7 Organic Whole Grain mix with Flax and Chia Flour. Then they add the appropriate flavor or none at all for Original. Once this is complete, the completed batch is tested for a third time to make 100% certain that the finished product is gluten free. This process is done under the auspices of the Gluten Intolerance Group certification arm (GFCO).
