I've read a lot of good reviews of Dr. Cow's vegan cheeses and was eager to try one. After tasting it, I found myself very unsure of what to think of it. I couldn't imagine putting it on a sandwich or even a cracker. It just tasted kind of... off. Maybe it's the type of salt they put in it or something. It did taste a bit too salty. I found that it actually goes well on a pizza with a cream sauce (unsure if it would work with tomato sauce) and added to various soups and sauces. In short, I expected it to be the best vegan cheese I had ever had, but ended up finding the flavor bizarre and not really knowing what to do with it.
