Does What It Needs To Do.

I started taking this years ago after my doctor recommended I take a multivitamin. It's awesome. I can tell when I miss a few days. The only catch is that the pills are big, so I don't recommend this to those who have problems with that.
Life Savers!
May 31, 2011 | Rainy

I never really took vitamins, but my mom was worried about my vegan diet and sent me these. I took them on a trip to Senegal where I was taking dance classes 7 hours a day. When I missed a day, I barely got through. When I took them, I was loaded with energy! Truly amazing!
Good for Frequent Blood Donors!
August 18, 2011 | Linda B-B

My husband and I donate blood every two months. This year I was deferred a few times due to low iron. To solve the problem, I started taking VeganLife Multi-Vitamins With Iron--and I've been able to give blood every time!
Terrible Terrible Terrible

I'm just typing this in to see if it shows up with the 5 star reviews to see if they are real or just added to make the product sell. If you are reading this then the testimonies are accurate and you should definitely buy this product.
hard to swallow
September 30, 2012 | Nick

The only complaint I have about these multi-vitamins is that I have found them to be rather difficult to swallow. Because of that, they have been sitting in my cupboard for months, untouched. If you are fine with large pills, then you should have no complaints, but I personally am going to go with something smaller next time.
Suggestions?
November 30, 2012 | Rosie Csdy

I just started taking these, since I realized I really need supplements. I am finding them hard to swallow - many have commented on this - what do others suggest for a smaller pill? Thanks!
