Umcka ColdCare is a 1X tincture of Pelargonium sidiodes, a medicinal plant unique to Africa. In clinical studies, P. sidoides not only relieves symptoms associated with common colds, but also shortens duration and reduces severity of throat, sinus and bronchial irritations. It also helps loosen mucus, making coughs more productive.* Choose alcohol-free cherry flavor, or original menthol. 4 fl oz. Homeopathic.Directions: For best results, use at first sign of symptoms and continue to use for an additional 48 hours after symptoms subside.
