Field Roast Classic Meatloaf

Field Roast Classic Meatloaf

Out of Stock

Field Roast's Classic Meatloaf is lovingly made the old fashioned way; with fresh carrots, celery, onions, tomatoes, garlic, and a little bit of heaven! Wholesome, satisfying, and comfortable, Classic Meatloaf is a savory pleasure that will nourish and delight your family and friends. Glazed with ketchup, browned in the oven, blessed with a rich, brown gravy served along side mashed russet potatoes and green peas is happiness itself! Or use it to make a delicious hot or cold meatloaf sandwich or ground "meat" crumbles. Just like Mom and Dad used to make! 1 lb loaf.

Directions:
Meatloaf: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place on sheet pan, spread a little ketchup or BBQ sauce on top and brown for 20-30 minutes until glazed on top and hot in the center. Slice and smother with gravy.
Meatloaf Sandwiches: Slice and serve hot or cold between two pieces of bread. Try grilling it for extra juiciness.
Ground Meat: Crumble into pieces using your hands and fry up for a little ground meat action. Use in any recipe calling for the "other" ground meat; spaghetti, chili, tacos, etc.

Field Roast Meatloaf Vegan

Absolutely horrible sorry, salty and the seasoning is way off. I did not even go beyond one bite. I will just make my own.
Pretty Good

Not much like a meatloaf, as far as I remember (38 years vegetarian), but I liked the spices and the texture. Very firm when cold but expands and softens when heated. Try slicing and heating in gravy or BBQ sauce and serving as a sandwich. I didn't find it salty like another reviewer.
Meatloaf Sandwiches!

I bake this with a tomato sauce coating and then liberally apply mushroom gravy. While it doesn't taste the same as real homemade meatloaf, it does make lovely sandwiches.
