Leahey Gardens Macaroni & Cheese
We're so excited about this brand new Macaroni and Cheese from Leahey that we just had to share it! Just add water to the 'cheese' sauce powder to create a rich, incredibly creamy, and delicious macaroni and cheese meal. A veganized version of the kid- (and adult-) friendly classic that we think tastes just like the real thing! Contains no MSG, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, hydrolyzed plant proteins, hydrogenated oils, or modified starches. 5.8 oz. (serves 3). Directions: Bring 6 cups water to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Boil 5-6 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally. Put dry sauce mix in a separate pan. Add just enough of 1 cup water to make a soft paste. Add remainder of water. Mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Simmer for 2 minutes. Continue stirring. Mix sauce into drained macaroni. Serve.
