This mouthwatering stuffed vegan roast is perfect for the holidays, or any day! Each "grain meat" roast is hand-made and stuffed with a savory butternut squash, apple and mushroom filling. Mmmm!

Fully cooked and ready to eat. Just heat and serve with your favorite vegan gravy! Also great sliced and served cold in sandwiches and salads.

1-lb roast.

Directions:
Serve hot or cold. Thaw and remove package before use.
Oven (as centerpiece): Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Place roast on pan, baste with broth or oil and herbs, reheat until warmed through, 30-40 minutes.
Stove Top (grilled slices): Slice into 1/4" pieces. Lightly brown in saute pan with a little oil. Can also grill.
Microwave (reheat to eat): Slice and place on microwavable plate. Reheat for one minute or less. Avoid overcooking.
Serve Cold: Slice for sandwiches and salads.

Field Roast products are shipped frozen. Expiration date is 45 days after being thawed if kept refrigerated.

I thought this product is very meat-like and the taste is good. It is kind of spicy and very juicy even when cold. The filling is chewy like the outside, and has a nice flavor. I have been a vegetarian for 38 years and have tried a LOT of things. This one is a keeper.
