Filled with delicious stuffing made of bread crumbs, brown and wild rice, onions, celery, garlic, herbs, and spices. Whether you are a veggie looking for something special to prepare or are a harried cook trying to find an easy way to make meatless family members welcome at your table, the famous Tofurky Roast will fit the bill! Directions: Refrigerate Tofurky at least 24 hours prior to cooking. Place roast on sheet of aluminum foil or in casserole dish. Surround thawed Tofurky Roast with vegetables of your choice. Whisk Tofurky baste together. Thoroughly cover roast and veggies with 1/2 of the baste. Wrap or cover tightly. Cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Open foil or casserole dish and pour remaining baste over roast. Cook uncovered for another 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!

Roast: Water, vital wheat gluten, organic tofu (filtered water, organic whole soybeans, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride), non-GMO canola oil, natural vegetarian flavors, shoyu soy sauce (water, non-GMO soybeans, wheat, salt, culture), non-GMO corn starch, white bean flour, garbanzo bean flour, lemon juice from concentrate, onion powder, salt, calcium lactate from beats.
Stuffing: Organic brown rice, whole wheat bread cubes (whole wheat, filtered water, unbleached wheat flour, organic evaporated cane juice, organic palm oil, sea salt, yeast, natural enzymes, ascorbic acid), onion, celery, expeller pressed non-GMO canola oil, organic wild rice, natural vegetarian seasoning, granulated garlic, herbs, spices.

Incredible Moist Roast

Most people probably only eat this on Thanksgiving, but I love it so much I buy a few roasts at a time and eat them several times a year. So good with gravy and mashed potatoes!

Taste and texture are pretty good. I like it just for the novelty aspect, but it's not something I would love to eat all the time.

I'm a vegan and animal rights activist. I don't want to eat something that tastes like meat. The Tofurky is very satisfying. It tastes great. I have it for Christmas each year, plus treat myself to one or two throughout the year. I get the gravy that comes with it plus make mashed vegan potatoes and a veggie. YUMMY!
