Dr. Cow's Aged Cashew & Dulse Cheese is made from organic raw cashew nuts and dulse, an edible red seaweed. This cheese has been aged for 3 months, giving it a whitish color with purple dots.
Firm but creamy, with a hint of ocean taste, Aged Cashew & Dulse Cheese goes very well with crackers or figs. Please note that this cheese is fairly strong (not meant for fans of milder cheddar and mozzarella flavor).
Absolutely no preservatives, stabilizers, artificial ingredients or additives of any kind. No dairy, gluten, casein, soy, or lactose. Low in fat, sodium, and calories; high in iron and vegetable protein. Great source of vegetable protein and beneficial bacteria to enhance digestion. Gluten-free. 2.5 oz.
