Bread them, pan fry them, squeeze some lemon juice on them... they're similar to scallops in chewy texture. Good. I order them all the time.

I get these and cut them into cubes and use for vegan clam chowder - awesome! I frankly was very surprised at how good they are.

The best vegetarian product there is
Not bad, not great

They're not bad, but they really do not taste at all like seafood to me. They are somewhat nearer to the texture of chicken to me (though not quite exactly that either). The breaded "scallop" from Sophie's Kitchen (also sold at Pangea) comes a little closer to the texture scallops though still not really. I did still eat all that was in the can I bought. And if someone else made it and put it in front of me I would probably still eat it. But I'm not enthused enough for this particular product to keep buying it, it's too far off from the "seafood" flavor/texture that was promised.
