Dixie Diner Chicken (Not!) and Dumplings
Homemade taste in a super easy dinner classic! Just add water, bring to a boil, add the dumplings and enjoy! This is a wonderfully fragrant blast from the past - comfort food with a capital C! It's good for whatever ails ya!
Contains 85mg isoflavones and 10g of soy protein per serving. High in vitamin A, calcium, and iron; low in fat. No GMOs. 12.5 oz bag.
Directions: In a large covered stockpot, add 6 cups water to Chicken (Not!) and veggies (Bag #1)and bring to boil. Stir, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. In small bowl, add 3/4 cup water to Dumpling Mix (Bag #2), and mix with spoon just until combined. Stir chicken and broth again. Drop dumplings by spoonfuls on top of Chicken (Not!) and veggie broth. Cover and cook over medium (simmer) heat for 12 minutes or until dumplings are fluffy.
Ingredients: Chicken (Not!) (GMO-free soy flour), organic unbleached white flour, mixed vegetables (potatoes, peppers, carrots, tomatoes, celery), broth (non-GMO soybeans, peas, alfalfa, parsnips, kale, parsley, vegetable oil, herbal seasonings, brewers yeast, wheat germ), Cream It! (dehulled GMO-free soybeans, calcium sulfate), baking powder, garlic, pepper.
