1.69 oz packet makes 1 1/2 cups. No gluten, MSG, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, hydrolyzed plant proteins, or modified starches. Directions:
For stove top: In a small saucepan, add soup mix and 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
For microwave: In a mug or bowl, add 1 1/2 cups water to soup mix. Stir. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Cover and let sit 5 minutes. Ingredients: Unmodified corn starch, maltodextrin, nutritional yeast, autolyzed yeast extract, dehydrated broccoli pieces, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, rice flour, sugar, onion and garlic powders, vegan natural flavors.
