It`s also low fat, with plenty of great soy protein & natural isoflavones, so you can now indulge without guilt. Contains only soy and natural seasonings. If you love a good ham flavor, this will be a mainstay in your kitchen!
Ham (Not!) is also great to add dry by the tablespoonful to veggies and soups. Try adding it reconstituted to pizza topping or as primary flavoring to a red or white sauce for pasta. You can make "ham (Not!) biscuits" by adding it reconstituted to your biscuit mix.

To Reconstitute: Mix 1 inner pack with 1 cup of very hot water. Microwave for 2 minutes or bring to boil on stove top. Stir well. Once rehydrated, Ham (Not!) must be handled under the same conditions as meat or any other perishable food product.
