Free Standard Shipping Conditions

Free Standard Shipping applies only to orders over $175 of merchandise going to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states.

It doesn't apply to international, P.O. box, or military addresses.

It doesn't apply to orders containing oversize items such as bags of dog or cat food or gift baskets.

Cold-pack items should not be shipped via Standard Shipping unless you are within our regular UPS 2-day ground delivery area. Click HERE for more details.

If any items are returned for a refund such that the final merchandise total drops below $175, the usual Standard Shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

If UPS later charges us an incomplete/incorrect address fee, the usual Standard Shipping fee will be retroactively applied, so please be sure to specify complete and correct information, such as apartment number (if applicable) and correct zip code.
